How Can We Help?
Hands On Technology Inc. has worked with regional clearing houses around the country
and can recommend up to three different clearing houses per facility that are
compatible to submit and receive claims and remittance advice with TheraOffice.
Once a clearing house is selected, Hands On Technology Inc. will be available in
the setup process - from filling out the complicated forms to the setup of TheraOffice.
Most clearing houses will require up to two different sets of settings,
(one for commercial and one for Medicare) as well as encryption keys. This
process will be taken care of with TheraOffice Clearing House Integration Services.
After the setup has been completed, most clearing houses require a test batch for
compatibility between the TheraOffice software and their systems. Hands On
Technology Inc. will aid in this process in making sure claims are being submitted
correctly until the first production claim is submitted.
Finally, since we know there may be issues down the road, we will still be available
at an hourly rate. This can cover claim rejections and other claim submission
consulting if it's deemed that it's a non-TheraOffice related issue.
