Use TheraOffice Documentation to complete your notes in minutes or less

Once patients are in the Schedule, their information will be integrated with Documentation. A variety of notes can be utilized to keep track of initial evaluations, daily notes, progress notes, discharge notes, scanned image notes, and free form flex notes. Auto evaluation templates can cut the time required to enter an initial evaluation in half by pre-populating the evaluation from a standard or normal values template and then only changing the parts that aren’t tested or outside the normal values. The data needed from previous notes will copy forward to the new notes. Print hard copies of your reports, fax cover sheets, exercise flow sheets and more. Add charges with a simple click of the mouse. The Suggest Charges feature automatically suggests charges based off the performed treatments and then checks those charges for CCI edits automatically. Once the note is locked, the charges go straight to TheraOffice Accounting.

• Initial Evaluations:
  Complete Initial Evaluations in 5-7 minutes. Auto Evaluation Templates can be customized to show tests and values that you want to see when evaluating a specific injury.
• Daily Notes:
  Daily Notes or SOAP notes can be completed in a minute or less. Data from the previous note will carry over to the next eliminating the need to search through notes for previous values and treatments.
• Progress/Discharge Notes:
  Quickly compare a patient’s progress using a Progress or Discharge note. These notes will compare the current note to the previous progress note or initial evaluation.
• Flex Notes\Image Notes:
  A Flex Note is a blank template that can be used for any other type of note you may need. You can type up a note using the integrated word processor or import images and word documents to save to the patient’s chart. Scan items directly into a patient’s chart using an Image Note.
• Integrated Word Processor:
  Every note you complete can be generated and edited with TheraOffice’s Internal Word Processor to quickly view the note without having to open another program.
• Integrated Spell Check:
  The integrated spell check works for both the data entry screens as well as the word processor. It can also be customized to ignore common names or medical terms.
• Body Diagram:
  Using the body diagram allows you to document a hot pack/cold pack, e-stim, or ultrasound on a patient’s body so that a tech or an assistant will know how to perform the setup for those treatments.
• Fax Cover Sheet:
  Create a fax cover sheet quickly and easily to include the physician’s name, fax number, and any notes regarding the patient. The facility’s custom logo can also be included.
• Fully Integrated with TheraOffice Accounting:
  Charges listed in the Billing section of each note will automatically be entered into Accounting to save time and reduce billing errors. The Suggest Charges feature will automatically look to the treatments listed for that patient’s visit, the insurance for that patient, and the time per treatment to add the charges accordingly. Charges can be customized for each treatment. The CPT (CCI Edit) checking and diagnosis checking will also check the charges listed for billing restrictions and reminders.
• Home Exercise Plan:
  TheraOffice comes with pre-loaded diagrams and descriptions of various home exercises. You can even add your own images and descriptions to create your own exercises.
• Print/Export Notes:
  Print all the notes in a patient’s case at once or export them to a word file for e-mailing or e-faxing using the Print/Export Notes shortcut buttons.
