TheraOffice Version

The new year is almost upon on, and with that comes MIPS requirements and regulations. An important note to mention is that any customer who is not updated to our latest version once it releases will not have access to MIPS participation functionality. As a result, it is imperative that your clinic update all clients as soon as possible in preparation for MIPS reporting in 2019.

In addition to MIPS, for security reasons, TheraOffice Web will be removing support for TLS 1.0. Although TheraOffice Web hasn’t been using TLS 1.0 for some time, older TheraOffice versions may still be using this version. To determine if the version is out of date, on December 6, 2018, TheraOffice will be shutting down TLS 1.0 for a total of 1 hour from 10:00 AM CST to 11:00 AM CST. During this test, any TheraOffice Web client that is out of date will no longer work.  This will test all systems before the final shutdown happens. Please upgrade to TheraOffice Web Version to ensure avoiding any interruptions.

The version .11.0 update will be releasing to all customers within the next two weeks for both On-Site and Web. With that, we will be performing a permanent shutdown of TLS 1.0 on December 21, 2018. After that shutdown is complete, all TheraOffice Web clients on any version prior to will no longer operate successfully.

To upgrade to the latest version, please click Help from the main menu, then click Check For Updates and follow the on-screen steps. If you require additional assistance, please contact technical support.
