Customer Support or your Account Manager can help you with a variety of questions or issues, whether you have a software question, training request, are looking for some guidance on best practices, regulations, or even a rejection you’d like to get some help addressing! The Knowledge Base includes hundreds of articles and videos which detail how to use each facet of the software, run through workflow instructions, provide training resources, and even give clarification on what regulations mean for your clinic. Device Accessibility
TheraOffice is a Windows-based program. It will run on most versions of Windows which are still being supported by Microsoft, including Windows 8 and 10.
Although TheraOffice is natively a Windows application, we have many customers who utilize Macs through our iPad app for Documentation as well as running the full system by using programs like Parallels seamlessly. We can help you with this!
Yes! Surfaces are very popular with TheraOffice users.
Unfortunately, Chromebooks utilize a Chrome operating system and have no way to run TheraOffice on Windows.
While the full version of TheraOffice is not available on mobile devices, we do have several mobile apps (ScheduleVIBE, Documentation, FunctionVIBE) which will help to keep you moving.

Will TheraOffice work for me?
By default, we have documentation available for Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Language Pathology. However, our flexible Professional Services options mean we can create just about any discipline you need, including Women’s Health, Pediatric, Chiropractic, Mental Health, and many more.
Absolutely! We have dozens of templates we can upload to your TheraOffice at no cost to you—just contact Support and let us know. If we don’t have a specific template you need, you can work with Professional Services to create a completely custom one.
